On 15th of December we organised the webinar 'How to determine the footprint of agri- & food products'.

Our colleague Elena Koukouna introduced how you can determine the footprint of agri- and food products. She gave a concise introduction to Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. Furthermore, recent developments in the sustainability field such as the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) has been highlighted. The webinar contains practical case studies and examples to explain the concepts.
